Yamunotri Yatra by Helicopter (1 Day Package)

Located on the western edge of the Garhwal Himalayas on an elevation of 3,291 metres above sea level the temple dedicated to goddess Yamuna is one of the most highly revered and rare temples in India. Located on the edge of the Bandarpunch Parvat in close proximity to the source of the 2nd holiest rives Yamuna in Champasar glacier. This temple is the place where the Char Dham Yatra officially starts from. This Yamunotri Dham Yatra by helicopter starting from Dehradun will take you on a wonderfully enthralling journey to the seat of goddess Yamuna in the most comfortable and luxurious manner. The last road head before the starting point for the trek is at Janki Chatti and you can hire a pony or a palki service for your journey up to the temple. Day 1 Dehradun – Yamunotri – Dehradun

You will be made to leave for Yamunotri from Dehradun early in the morning at round 7 am. You will be required to reach the Sahastradhara helipad an hour prior to the scheduled time of departure so that you get to complete your yatra on time. after an hour of flying journey, you will reach the helipad near Yamunotri in Kharsali. On reaching you will be transferred to Janki Chatti from where you will transfer to the temple itself will begin. This will be covered in a palki or a pony service.

After you are done with the darshan you will be made to head back for Kharsali and board the flight back to Dehradun. This will mark the end of your helicopter yatra of yamunotri with us.

  • Up to 48 hours prior to the day of schedule – 50%
  • Less than 48 hours prior to the day of schedule – 75%
  • Less than 24 hours prior to the day of schedule – no refund
