Do Dham Tour Package for Gangotri and Badrinath by Road

Day 1Delhi – Haridwar

Early in the morning you shall be made to depart from New Delhi for Haridwar which will be a road journey of around 6 hours by road on arrival you shall be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay. Later on after freshening up you will be taken for a complete sightseeing of the nearby places including the famous Ganga Aarti. You will be staying the night in Haridwar.

Day 2 Haridwar – Uttarkashi

After having breakfast early in the morning you shall be transferred to your next destination of Uttarkashi which is the gateway to the temple of Gangotri. This will be a very lengthy road journey of around 7 to 8 hours (or even more depending on the traffic). On arrival you shall be duly checked in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay. If there is time remaining in the evening you will be assisted for an evening sightseeing of some nearby places.

Day 3 Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

After having your breakfast early in the morning you shall be assisted for your Darshan at the temple of goddess Ganga i.e. Gangotri Dham. You will be made a part of the Darshan and Pooja rituals after which you shall be headed back to your hotel in Uttarkashi for staying the night.

Day 4 Uttarkashi – Rudraprayag

After breakfast in the morning you will be made to head on to your next destination of Rudraprayag. On reaching you shall be checked in to your hotel immediately after the completion of your road journey till here. The remainder of the day will be free for you to spend it either in leisure or by going for some sightseeing of the nearby temples and other holy places.

Day 5 Rudraprayag – Badrinath

Post breakfast your road journey to Badrinath, the holy abode of lord Vishnu will commence. This journey will take you via Joshimath to Badrinath Dham. On reaching and after getting checked in to your hotel in Badrinath you shall be immediately taken for a complete Aarti ritual and Darshan at Badrinath in the evening. After the completion of your Aarti and other Pooja rituals you are free to either spend your day in leisure or check out some other such related places of tourist interest.

Day 6 Badrinath – Joshimath

Early in the morning just before breakfast you will be made to head on for a holy dip in the hot water thermal spring water of Tapt Kund which is located close to the temple of Badrinath. After a holy dip and the completion of your Pooja Darshan in the temple you can go and explore some nearby interesting places of tourist attraction. Later on you shall be made to head on to your next destination of Joshimath which is located at a very close distance from Badrinath Dham temple.

On reaching Joshimath you will be duly checked in to your hotel where you will be staying for the night.

Day 7 Joshimath – Rishikesh

After breakfast in the morning your sightseeing of Joshimath and nearby holy shrines will commence. After a brief sightseeing tour the final leg of your Do Dham journey will commence. This will be a road trip of around 7 to 8 hours. On reaching Rishikesh you will be immediately checked in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8Rishikesh – Delhi Departure

After having breakfast in the morning a brief sightseeing will take place which will include visit to all the famous temples and places of worship in and around Rishikesh. After this you will be transferred to Delhi by road. On reaching Delhi the tour representative will be responsible to drop you off at the departure location according to your requirement. On drop off this will mark the end of your Do Dham Yatra to Gangotri and Badrinath.
