Well, we all know a journey through the lush green beauty of the Himalayas by a bike can be one of a surreal experience! And, if a journey mostly promises spirituality, peace, and a greater connection to the divine powers of the universe then, that journey will get stitched to the heart as a special memory for the whole life. Chardham is not a journey but beautiful spiritual experience and takes you to the four spiritual abodes of almighty – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.
With our 10 Nights and 11 Days Chardham Yatra Bike tour package for 2025, drive through some of the beautiful places of Uttarakhand and later, pay your heartfelt homage to the almighty.
Day 1 Arrival in Haridwar – Enjoy the sight of Ganga Aarti
Upon your arrival in Haridwar, our tour representative will say his greeting to you and hand you the bike keys which you may have chosen during the package booking. Next, you will drive it to your hotel room where you will go through some check-in formalities and enjoy some time refreshing yourself from yesterday’s traveling.
Then, in the evening, you will wander for a Ganga Bath in the holy river Ganges at Har-Ki-Paudi and also, witness the beauty of Hindu aarti which is performed every day here at 6.
Day 2 Drive start from Haridwar – Barkot
Today, you will start riding your bike towards Barkot after finishing your breakfast. En-route to Barkot, you will enjoy a short halt in Mussoorie. Kempty Fall is one of the most popular places in Mussoorie and you will also enjoy lunch here because later, you won’t be able to find good food till Barkot.
When you fun-filled break at Kempty Fall end, you will resume your journey to Barkot. On reaching Barkot, you will be assisted towards your camping tents and the venue here comes with a view of many beautiful landscapes of the mountain peaks of the Himalayas.
Day 3 Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Janki Chatti – Stay at Barkot
After having breakfast early in the morning, you will resume your journey once again and ride towards Janki Chatti which is the base point for Yamunotri. On reaching Janki Chatti, you will park your bikes at the place allotted to you and later, start your trekking for the Yamunotri Temple which is about 6 km away from here.
Once you reach the top point, you can either take a holy dip in the river Yamuna or you could straight away join the queue for Darshan of Goddess Yamuna. After Darshan, you will trek back to the base pint – Janki Chatti. And from there, you will ride back to Barkot.
When you will reach Barkot, you will once again enjoy an overnight stay with the view of many Himalayan peaks of Uttarakhand.
Day 4 Barkot – Overnight Stay in Uttarkashi
After savoring the breakfast meal, you will once again get ready to be on the roads and today, you will be driving to Uttarkashi which is a very green town of Uttarakhand. Uttarkashi – a small quaint town in Uttarakhand which is located on the banks of river Bhagirath. You may also catch the glimpse of Tehri Dam which is presumed to be one of the beautiful dams of India.
On reaching Uttarkashi, you will soon check-in to your hotel room and enjoy your overnight stay mixed with the silence of the mountains.
Day 5 Uttarkashi – Darshan of Goddess Ganga in Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Today, we will drive towards Gangotri which is believed to be the site from where river Ganga descended towards Earth for the first time and now, a temple stands at this place which worships the benevolence of Goddess Ganga ardently.
Here, you can first take a holy dip in the river Ganges and the, join the queue for Darshan. When you will follow all your Hindu rituals inside the temples and then, will drive again towards Uttarkashi.
On reaching Uttarkashi, you will enjoy your overnight stay in the hotel room.
Day 6 Uttarkashi – Stay at Sitapur
Today, you will wake up early in the morning and after finishing your breakfast, you will pack your backpacks on your bike and resume your journey.
You will be driving to Sitapur which is about 250 km away from Uttarkashi so, it would take around 5 to 6 hours to reach that destination. On reaching there, you will be escorted to your hotel room for an overnight stay.
You can also explore this small town on your own if you ever wish to.
Day 7 Sitapur – Gaurikund – Camping in Kedarnath
After having breakfast, you will drive towards Gaurikund which is the base camp for Kedarnath and you will have to cover about 10 km. On reaching Gaurikund, you will have to trek about 16 km of distance to Kedarnath Temple. The journey will be both beautiful and exciting as you will be walking on the most surreal region of Uttarakhand.
On reaching Kedarnath, you will be allotted your respective tents where you will sleep for the night. But the tour representative will wake you up around 4 in the morning for Darshan because, during this time, you mostly see no queue for Darshan.
After that, you will walk back to your tents and sleep till morning.
Day 8 Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Sitapur
After breakfast, you will trek back to Gaurikund from where this trekking journey started. On reaching Gaurikund, you will get a hold of your bikes and ride it towards Sitapur.
In Sitapur, you will check-in to your hotel room and enjoy your stay.
Day 9 Sitapur – Pipalkoti
After breakfast, you will leave Sitapur and head towards the closest town to Badrinath which is Pipalkoti. Pipalkoti is about 145 km away from Sitapur so, it will take about 3 to 4 hours to reach there.
On reaching Pipalkoti, you will be escorted to your hotel room and the rest of the day is at your disposal.
Day 10 Pipalkoti – Badrinath – Pipalkoti
After breakfast, you will leave for Badrinath which is about 100 km away from Pipalkoti. The roads will take you through some of the green beauties of the Uttarakhand.
On reaching Badrinath, first you can take a holy bath in Tapt Kund which is a hot water spring near Badrinath and you may see many doing the same. Then, you will get in the queue for Lord Vishnu Darshan and ask for his healthy blessings for a prosperous life ahead.
After Darshan, you will get back on your bike and drive back to Pipalkoti where you will once again spend another night.
Day 11 Pipalkoti – Rishikesh – Haridwar
After Breakfast, you will resume your journey to the destination from where this spiritual journey started in the first place. 218 km away from Pipalkoti, you will enter into a beautiful city of Rishikesh and later, stop for a break.
In Rishikesh, you will first visit Ram Jhula which is a suspension bridge built upon river Ganges. And, will sit beside the banks of the river Ganges and quietly enjoy some time in contemplation. You can also explore the street market of Rishikesh where you can shop for souvenir and other handcrafted items.
Later, you will drive towards Haridwar and on reaching there, our representative will say his goodbyes and offer his best wishes for future journeys.
